- ERP administration, configuration, optimization and monitoring;
- Assist users with ERP system testing;
- Install maintenance releases and software fixes;
- Perform ERP application upgrades and installations;
- Perform restores as needed;
- Student/graduate;
- Experience in ERP administration would be a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills;
- Documentation, organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Customer focused and team player attitude;
