The junior editor must work in a creative partnership with the Editorial Director and the Deputy Editor in Chief to conceive, develop and produce articles for the monthly issue and/or the special PLAYBOY editorial projects. This involves proposing subjects, writing/editing articles, taking interviews and take part at shooting sessions, all on a strict deadline approach. The main part of the job will consist in writing lifestyle articles.
The perfect candidate will have a human sciences background (journalism, letters, philosophy), be a talented writer and a good communicator. Experience in jornalism is not a must but a plus.
He/she will master Romanian language and be proficient in English (any other skills in foreign languages are wellcome).
He/she will have proven Microsoft Office skills and be familiar with the Internet.
He/she will have the ability to research issues and write comprehensive features with a unique style.
He/she will also be a enthusiastic person, resilient to stress, a good teamplayer and a reliable, deadline-oriented worker.
He/she will be self-motivated with a keen enthusiasm.
