We are looking for two developers to join our team.
You will be part of the Research and Development team working on various projects related to developing new needs for types of parameters (i.e. screen, function, etc) of the customizable software that we develop and offer to our clients.
Based on the specifications given by the Account Manager, you will have to develop and modify our program to satisfy the client¿s needs.
Whenever necessary, you will present your modifications to the client along with the Account Manager. This may happen once every quarter, the location being France, Spain, etc

- Quite familiar with Object Oriented programming;
- Able to communicate in English and/or French.

WinLog is currently organized in three departments:
- Sales,
- Account Management,
- Research and Development.
Our long term plan is to set up our Research and Development Department in Romania. This will take place in two phases:
-Phase 1: We will start forming and training a team of 5 HTML and JavaScript Developers which will reach a number of 10 until the end of 2006
-Phase 2: an additional team will be hired to develop the next version (V.4) of our main software in January 2007, with 30 new developers until the end of 2007.
We already recruited 8 developers in august for the phase 1 of our project. Right now we need two developers to complete the team
