- Collects all relevant information which can support statistical forecasting and demand planning from different departments and ensures that it is correctly introduced in the system;
- Elaborates standard reports and analysis within agreed formats and timelines;
- Tracks the sales trends, analyzes and if possible quantifies causal factors;
- Ensures timely delivery of the initial forecast for review and enrichment of the demand planning processes;
- Works in close cooperation and exchanges information with other relevant departments involved in the process;
- Analyzes the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities and uses this knowledge to project effect of the planned activities;
- Constantly tracks forecast accuracy;
- Analyses forecasting errors of the past proposes and implement actions to reduce the forecasting error.
- University Degree (preferably business, sciences, engineering);
- 1 - 2 years of working experience with similar responsibilities is highly preferable;
- Very good computer literacy (MS Excel,database management systems,Powerpoint);
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Previous experience with SAP is considered as an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods;
- Analysis and problem solving skills.
