- Assures an optimal stock of imported products according to the statistical forecasting and an optimal stock of exported products according to the planning and requests from different countries whthin the group and ensures that it is correctly introduced in the system;
- Elaborates standard reports and analysis within agreed formats and timelines;
- Tracks the stock planning trends, analyzes and if possible quantifies causal factors;
- Ensures timely delivery of the initial forecast for review and enrichment of the supply chain planning processes;
- Works in close cooperation and exchanges information with other countries whithin the group;
- Analyzes the effectiveness of the external routes and their costs and uses this knowledge to project effect of the planned activities;
- Constantly tracks forecast accuracy;
- Analyses forecasting errors of the past proposes and implement actions to reduce the forecasting error.
- University Degree
- 1 year of working experience in a similar position;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Very good computer literacy (MS Excel);
- Previous experience with SAP is considered as an advantage;
- Analysis and problem solving skills
