Handling administrative tasks connected to the Road Freight Department (Transport Operations)
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- issuance and controlling of invoices ( customers and suppliers);
- administrative control and follow up of operations; preparation and management of documentation related to activity;
- control of taxation anomalies;
- control of operation files ( turnover, cost, margin);
- control of operations via IT system ;
- control of operational files in accordance with accounting system;
- University Degree in Economics
1 - 2 years experience in Accounting / Controlling with a multinational company
- Ability to work with tight deadlines;
· Good concentration, efficiency, attention for details;
- Flexibility, open – minded;
- Very good communication and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of English language, French would be a plus;
- Very good computer skills: MSOffice – Excel; MS Outlook ;
