-Direct Collections over the Phone and follow up.
-Collections activity will happen remotely over the phone from Romania
-Work in tandem with the field/sales staff to resolve queries and follow up if required.
-Initiate outbound calls and send e-mails to identify key players, develop and execute collections activity.
-Answering inbound queries from customers related to collections activity.
-All other collections related activities.
-Cash Applications
-Checking of T&L claims received from internal employees and approve/reject the claims
-Checking of T&L claims received from internal employees and approve/reject the claims
-Account reconciliation
-Identify areas of improvement in the process
-Determine gaps/errors in the process through analysis
-Perform ad hoc reporting requirements / analysis when required by client
Employee Profile:
University graduate
Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English
Problem solving / analytical skills
Well organized
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Computer skills – Excel and Word MS
Desirable skills:
ERP Knowledge: SAP or Oracle
