Act as the EMEA services expert for consumer offer.
Manage the product life cycle:
- Identify customer needs, market trend, and influence the product definition
- Create, develop and implement a product marketing plan for the launch
- Train the sales force (countries and regional teams), and the retail
Provide and Ensure the best and up-to date product specific content everywhere
Define and monitor the forecast, pricing and track business achievements
Consolidate and drive consumer services communications with various organizations
Animate the sales of the release portfolio by defining and implementing programs
Work with the EMEA product managers and business developer to support business
Maintain and communicate EMEA/country scorecards on all PSG services
Generate business/shipment/attach rate PSG services reports on demand (aligned with workload and prioritization)
Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent work experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
Experience in product marketing environment
Two years experience in sales admin / marketing support
Business reporting
Experience in multi-cultural environment
Knowledge of product management
General understanding of business reporting and report generation
PC products and associated services
Team player
Analytical skills
MS office knowledge
Communication skills
Positive and constructive approach
Flexibility & willingness to learn
Fluent in English, verbal and written
