Suport operational in activitatea de achizitii IT&C:
- identificarea nevoilor interne de echipamente si servicii IT&C
- colectarea si analiza informatii privind potentialul pietelor locale si internationale pentru dezvoltarea retelei de achizitii (comparatii de preturi, identificare produse noi, evaluare conditii de achizitie, etc)
- mentinerea relatiei cu furnizorii la nivel operational
- operarea comenzilor, informarea clientilor interni si urmarirea fluxului de achizitie
Suport in implementarea proceselor si politicilor de achizitie
Raportari periodice ale activitatii de achizitie IT&C si analize calitative
- Experienta de lucru de minim 2 ani
- Experienta in vanzari sau achizitii IT&C
- Competente tehnice IT&C de nivel mediu
- Limba Engleza scris si vorbit nivel avansat
- Cursuri de pregatire tehnica
- Abilitati de comunicare si negociere
- Initiativa si implicare
