RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities of Position:
- Responsible for the implementation of the European and global organization procurement policies in the plant
- Owns a portfolio of indirect materials and services suppliers and drive them to have quality, cost, payment term increase, delivery and service performance.
- Own the responsibility for SAP EBP project / system implementation and development.
- Manages the implementation of regional / global contracts at the site levels.
- Works closely with other functions/SBGs/Corporate Supply Chain to ensure STRAP and AOP objectives are achieved related to indirect materials and services
- Negotiates and administers necessary contracts, including Long-Term Supply Agreements (LTAs), Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA), etc.
- Responsible for all the indirect sourcing processes in the EMEA region for the concerned portfolio
- Executes regional and site sourcing strategies of indirect materials and services aligned to TS and cross-SBG requirements;
- Member of the global indirect materials and services team having the role of global commodity lead buyer for concerned portfolio
- Identify best practices and implement as appropriate in the site
- Manage discrete projects as required by the business
- Ensure compliance with Schedule of Executive Approvals when contracts approval
- Perform the current activity related to indirect material and services processes (identification of suppliers, suppliers’ assessment, creation of SAP specific records, placing orders to suppliers, etc.)

Experience/Education Required/Sought:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations
- Organized and computer literate (Microsoft office tools)
- Must speak and read English (Professional level), French is a plus
- SAP first experience at general level and advanced level is a plus
