Job Scope :
- Support the business by documenting and optimizing business processes and maintain the Application Systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide internal services to business under agreed SLA
- Manage the relationship with client departments
- Contribute to the business processes design, development, and implementation within the project team
- Manage the relationship with related service providers
- Implement Business processes in Application Systems
- Apply the Corporate and Company methodology and policy in each project
- Self-initiates recommendations for business processes improvement
- Participate in team projects and manage own projects
- Manage activities provided by suppliers and consultants
Education :
- University degree in IS or Economic related fields
Working Experience:
- 1-2 years-previous experience in at least one of the following business processes goods delivery, stock management, sales and distribution, supply chain
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to understand a business environment
- Knowledge of SAP related modules
- Programming skills or SQL knowledge
- Ability to translate business requirements into conceptual and specification perspective models
- Experience in participating in projects
- Proactive & good communication skills
- “Customer oriented” skills
- Objectives oriented
PC skills:
- Good computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project, MS-Visio)
Languages :
English language, good level, written and spoken
