Job Scope:
- Maintain and develop the Application Systems and support the business by documenting business processes
Job Responsibilities:
- Self-initiates recommendations for business processes improvement
- Participate in team projects and manage own projects
- Identify business requirements
- Contributes to the business processes design, development, and implementation within the project team
- Manage the relationship with related service providers
- Maintain and develop Business processes in Application Systems
- Support users of Business Systems - Writes documentation and procedures and assists in providing quality assurance review of user systems
- Apply the Corporate and Company methodology and policy in each project
Education:
- University degree in IS or Economic related fields
Working Experience :
- 2 years-previous experience in junior business system analyst or FMCG/Diary business
Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding and knowledge on business environment for FMCG
- Ability to translate business requirements into conceptual and specification perspective models
- Knowledge of SAP related modules
- Experience in participating in projects
- Proactive & good communication skills
- “Customer oriented” skills
- Objectives oriented
PC skills:
- Good computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project, MS-Visio)
Languages:
- English language, good level, written and spoken
