- Analyse user's banking requirements
- Design system setup to address the requirement.
- Design banking processes around the system setup
- Document all of the above into functional and technical specifications
- Review all of the above with users and technical developers
- Develop test scripts, perform functional and technical testing, document test results.
- Review test results with project QA personnel.
- Organize own logistics e.g. flights, accommodation and requests for per dimes - possibly with assistance of HR
- Investigate bugs raised by users
- Develop technical solution and work with developers to perform amendments
- Follow-through bug solutions until they reach Production and hand-hold users along the way
- Attend bug resolution and discussion meetings, performing any administrator work related to tracking and fixing the bugs
- IT related degree with importance on Economics, Politics, Management or Commercial notions.
Or an Economics, Politics, Management or Commercial degree.
- Must have English speaking and writing skills, willingness to travel extensively anywhere in the world.
- The person must be dynamic and flexible, willing to learn and adapt him/herself to different environments and cultures.
