A Business Analyst will work with senior management to assist them on their efforts in implement the performance management process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior management in developing tactical and strategic products or services to support the company goals (financial, operational efficiency, market share, etc).
- Assist on maintaining the integrity of databases, analyzing opportunity cost, able to define frameworks and minimize rework on various projects.
- Perform specified analysis under guidance from senior colleagues
- Analyzing business performance versus plan and forecast , and explaining actual results versus budgets and monitoring consistency of company wide financial reports;
- Prepare specified deliverables (e.g. reports in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint or Excel spreadsheets)
- Participating in other team activities / projects as assigned by department manager;
- Financial reporting of development projects, including forward looking figures
- Project management skills, including the ability to gather clear business information;
- Experience working in developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools;
- Experience in measurements of return on investments for all kind of projects (investments, financial, sales and marketing);
- Experience in working with performance managements tools and indicators ( i.e. balance scorecard, KPI’s) and valuation models (i.e. NPV, cost-benefits analyses, IRR);
- Business risk
- Required: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, related field, or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge PC
