- Preparing the reports regarding: old loans, provisions, blocked accounts, SME’s portfolio quality, legal enforcement files and any other reports by the management request;
- Obtaining valuable feed-backs from the costumers, in order to improve the quality portfolio and to decrease as much as possible the default ratio.
- Economic university degree
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point;
- Understanding of credit activity/ process;
- At least 1 year of banking experience – Credit department;
- Details oriented and very well- organized;
- Very good communication skills;
- Word processing database creation and maintenance;
- Able to interact with problematic clients.
- Able to work under pressure and to deal with tight deadlines
