- Prepares, modifies drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) equipment;
- Discusses designs and cost estimates with others involved in the project, including engineers, quantity surveyors, landscape architects and town planners;
- Prepares specifications and contract documents, specifying building materials, construction equipment and the interior furnishings;
- Helps to obtain all necessary approvals from authorities;
- Student last year or graduate in Architecture;
- Minimum 6 months experience in AutoCad;
- Medium English skills;
- Knowledge of the Romanian constructions legislation and of the specific norms would be a plus;
- Excellent package, in correspondence with the professional experience;
