· Main responsibilities will include: financial modeling, financial analysis, drafting presentations for clients, research and execution of M&A deals;
· Education in finance / accounting;
· Prior experience (2 - 5 years) in M&A/Corporate Finance/due diligence / audit / Management Consulting;
· Strong financial modeling skills, familiarity with accounting (day-to-day exposure to RAS / IFRS accounts);
· Very good command of English (written and spoken);
· Very good IT literacy (especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, internet research tools );
· Social / commercial skills appreciated.
