¿ Assists the Agronomist in implementing and maintaining PepsiCo standards at the potato suppliers;
¿ Verify the potato quality during the storage, but also during the whole process of crop cultivation;
¿ Permanently assist and coach farmers to reach the PepsiCo standards and implement the best practices during the whole process from ¿seeds to crop¿;
¿ Monitor the crop process assuring the PepsiCo standards are reached;
¿ Responsibilities in receiving potatoes and storing them. Ensures the potatoes quality during the storage by regularly monitoring the potato quality attributes;
¿ Study and analyse the problems occurring during receiving potatoes and during the production process together with other departments in order to propose solutions;
¿ Perform regular audits in suppliers¿ fields during crop cultivation
¿ University degree, agronomy profile
¿ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
¿ Solid analytical and organizational skill
¿ Knowledge of English language
¿ MS Office
¿ Driver license
¿ Willing to travel
