The selected candidate will directly report to the Agro Specialist and will mainly be in charge of:
- Assisting and coaching the farmers to reach the PepsiCo standards in order to ensure the implementation of best practices during the whole process from “seeds to crop”;
- Monitoring the entire crop process with focus on reaching PepsiCo standards;
- Ensuring the potatoes’ quality during the storage is well preserved by regularly monitoring the potato quality attributes;
- Analysing the problems occurring during the receiving procedure as well as along the production process for potatoes in order to propose solutions;
- Performing regular audits in suppliers’ fields during crop cultivation process.
- University degree, preferably in Agronomy or related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels;
- Solid analytical and organizational skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Available to travel more than 50% of the working time;
- Clean driving licence;
- Previous experience on a similar position is considered advantage.
