RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities will include administration:
• Invoicing customers + recording
• chasing for customer invoice payments
• recording supplier invoices in internal tools
• follow up of supplier contracts
• follow up of insurance contracts
• correspondences
• participation to payroll preparation and payment
• preparing monthly account package for the accountants
• checking the monthly accounts prepared by the accountants
• communication with the accountants
• participation to the year end account preparation
• participation in case of tax audits
• follow up of bank transactions + setting up payments
• cash flow planning (local)


CERINTE

Skills and experience:
• Keen eye for details and you are an organization talent
• Primary accountancy knowledge, both theoretical and practical, financial terms, invoices
• You are a computer literate, good MS Office knowledge
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Languages: Romanian, English - advanced, mandatory; French - it will be a big plus
