RESPONSABILITATI

You will provide services in the areas of Accounts Payable (AP), Payments and Travel & Expenses for a major international company.

You will be responsible for:
- Processing of compliant invoices in SAP (as per defined procedures);
- Ensuring compliant vendor setups;
- Assisting vendors on phone calls;
- Point of contact for the business for all invoices related queries.


CERINTE

To be a part of our international team, you need to have:
- University Degree in Economic Studies;
- Fluency in Spanish and English;
- Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
- Very good communication skills;
- Knowledge of the Accounts Payable concepts;
- Previous experience in SAP system would be an asset.
