- Research production issues & perform root cause analysis to identify production error or compliance issues and coordinate the team response
- Monitor process workflow and assist AP colleagues as needed to balance workload
- Support the development of invoice processing colleagues ensuring staff are motivated through effective performance management
- Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer service and meet Service Level Agreements
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner
- Proactive involvement in determining and implementing best practices
- University Degree in Economic Studies;
- Fluency in Spanish and English;
- Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
- Very good communication skills;
- Knowledge of the Accounts Payable concepts;
- Working experience with Oracle systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools & ERP solutions
