Incoming invoice processing
Electronic data transfer processing
Timely and proper invoice checking and posting
Diverse activities related to supplier invoices
Process documents entries and prepares them for the input
Record the incoming invoices
Maintenance of suppliers accounts
Clarify, answer and resolve suppliers’ queries.
Excellent English level
At least basic level of German
Accounting High School/University Graduate
Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting
High energy level
Ability to work under pressure
Customer oriented
Team player and positive attitude
Good communication skills
