Receive, check and archive primary documents (invoices, receipts, bank transactions documents, payroll statements).
Prepare, send and archive primary documents ( invoices, vouchers, statements, receipts, cash transactions documents).
Maintains records of routine accounting transactions.
Perform cash transactions and bank transactions (payments, cash withdrawals, cash deposit, exchange orders).
Reviews invoices, bills, vouchers, or other documents for corrections before entering into records. Sorts and files documents, and performs calculations.
Records organization's business transactions and retains all accounting records.
Analyzes, verifies and posts transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
Analyzes, investigates and corrects accounting entries as needed.
Performs reconciliation of complex transactions.
Post economic transactions into accounting system: posts, verifies, and reconciles general ledger transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, or any other ledger accounts and verifies accuracy.
May assist in analysis and interpretation of accounting records for use by management.
Economical university degree.
Proficiency in English language.
Medium IT skills (MS Office, Windows, Internet).
Fast learner.
Analytical skills.
Self motivated, positive attitude and approach.
Communication and presentation skills.
Organized and pro-active attitude.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not compulsory.
