Main job responsibilities:
¿¿¿ Introducing payments in Multicash for authorization.
¿¿¿ Preparing payment documents, cash withdrawal, cash deposits, preparing other bank documents;
¿¿¿ Maintaining the evidence of suppliers invoices;
¿¿¿ Verifying the accuracy of data transfer between from the management system into the accounting system;
¿¿¿ Applying internal financial and accounting procedures;
¿¿¿ Collaborating with the Chief Accountant in order to deliver accurate financial situations;
¿¿¿ Drafting internal financial reports requested by the Chief Accountant or Financial Manager;
Ideal candidate:
¿¿¿ University degree in Economy;
¿¿¿ 1 year experience in accountancy field;
¿¿¿ English or French knowledge would be a plus;
¿¿¿ Word and Excel knowledge is required;
¿¿¿ Navision knowledge would be a plus;
¿¿¿ Ability to work with deadlines;
¿¿¿ Attention to details;
¿¿¿ Ability to take ownership of and responsibility for work;
¿¿¿ Pro-active and flexible in organizing work responsibilities;
¿¿¿ Team working skills;
¿¿¿ Fast-learner.
