- Collect data from the banks related to daily position of company’s accounts; prepares daily cash position. During sales and collection season send information related to collected amounts to sales department. Maintains contact with the banks: bring/take documents (including DPE, DIE), withdraw petty cash. Supervise petty cash register (local and hard currency).
- Extract data from SAP related to payable invoices for Pioneer Hi-Bred Seeds Agro SRL; check details and prepare payment file. Based on request, provide for suppliers/other Pioneer employees information related to payments.
- Record bank statements in SAP on a daily basis; reconcile daily the balance of the bank accounts. Prepare monthly reconciliation of the bank accounts.
- Responsible for travel expense reporting and reconciliation: receives travel expense reports, check them for compliance with company policies (per diem, usage of company car disclosed in car mileage book), reconcile the receipts, load related accounting entries in SAP. Perform monthly reconciliation of travel expense accounts per employee & bank.
- Up-date and maintain Vendor database (address, bank information, other details); perform clearing of invoices when needed.
- Record vendor invoices for Pioneer Hi-Bred Romania SRL
Maintain the database and files for supplier’s contracts for both companies. Provide support for BRRP roles, as by matrix.
- Provide support during internal/external audits and legal/tax authorities controls. Reconcile Tax Authority database with Pioneer declarations and payments. Support for WHT certificates requests.

- Economic College, University Student or University Degree
- 1 year experience in similar position
- MS Office, experience in using accounting programs is a plus
- English – good/fluent
- Fast learner, well organized, able to work in a team, good communication skills, able to remain calm and productive under stress.
