RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining the permanent relation with the designed client
Writing, following up and data storage for project documents: job orders, memos briefs, fact files, client book, call reports, contracts, invoices etc.
Budget tracking and control, based upon contracts’ terms: billing, invoices, keep track of clients’ payments
Producing status reports of work in progress
Prepare competitive reviews & reports on a monthly basis (including retail/trade info) and inform the group
Preparing and writing meetings and communication with clients - contact reports of meetings and teleconferences
Preparing presentations from all the logistics
Keep superiors informed about everything I know /do linked to clients’ business
Assisting with all field activities
Collecting marketing data
Other administrative duties: circulation of information to all interested parties, a knowledge of the processes and timings involved in creative, production, media, field activities etc. and the crucial role of cashing-up work in progress, keeping it moving to pre-arranged time and cost schedules
Completing time-sheets reports, in order to have a rigorous track of work volume on each project.
Previous experience on a similar job, minimum 1,5 years
Studies: marketing, communication
English – advanced level
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Creative, proactive, dynamic, motivated, client oriented
Commercial vision, ability to work with budgets and dead lines
Driving license – B category.
