� installs and operates audio video and theatrical lighting equipment at the customer premises
� supports and troubleshoots Microsoft Office, Windows XP/2000
� is in charge of content projected in multimedia events from pc/laptop
� installs and troubleshoots TCP/IP networks, network and local printers
� Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
� Ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, and well organized
� Must be able to work under stress
� Must be customer focused
� Ability to work independently
� Must be proficient in one or more of the following trades: audio installation and maintenance, lighting installation, installation of vga projectors,
� Ability to setup and configure Windows XP, Windows 2000
� Working knowledge of TCP/IP
� Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office XP/2003
� Must be able to install, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on all network and local printers
� NLE video editing is a plus, DTP/Web graphic design is a plus, Audio editing is a plus
� Linux networking (firewall, routing, web, etc) is a plus
