- Academic degree ¿ preferably in the IT field;
- Specialized training/certification or knowledge of specialized information security standards is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Romanian legislation and initiatives related to information security is a plus
- Solid communication skills (both Romanian and English, both oral and written communication), planning and organizing abilities, stress resistant, rigorous, very well organized.
- Strong ethical profile, integrity, independence and initiative, relationship management, networking, innovative, behavioral flexibility, analytical thinking, ambition and energy, decisiveness and discipline, adaptability.
