The nominee will contribute effectively to gathering, organizing and processing materials for internal Management meetings regarding Human Resources issues; she/ he will have exposure to specific personnel-related matters, prepare agendas for meetings and minutes after these meetings have been held; she/ he will also contribute to updating of the internal organizational charts and communicating with Alpha Bank Romania’s future staff members on their employment offers; constant preparation of specific reports and/ or statistics with different complexity levels also represents a duty of the nominee.
The nominee is also expected to actively participate and contribute to the Personnel Committee Desk’s initiated/ assumed specific projects.
- Preferably (not mandatory) graduated of the Faculty of Philology;
- Paper-work related experience (in handling / drafting / processing documents, reports etc.)
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written;
- Computer literacy (MS Office) – very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- People oriented person, with highly-developed communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- It is a must for the nominee to be very well-organized, accurate, efficient and flexible;
- Reliability, commitment and attention to details are also mandatory requirements;
- Team-oriented person, with proactive attitude;
- Able to meet tight deadlines and sort conflicting priorities whenever necessary, capable to perform in a highly demanding professional environment.
