Developing a marketing plan for new brands;
Ensuring that the quality of all marketing services and expertise in the market meet the growing business needs, through continuous marketing process improvements and identification of marketing training opportunities for sales force in the market;
Leading the development of strategic planning for new and existing products to determine the positioning, pricing, distribution and promotion of the products.
Supporting the sales force in achieving agreed targets for new and existing products;
Facilitating cross-functional cooperation across the EE Region and across departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
University degree;
At least 1 year marketing experience in Animal Health, Feed Additives, Pharmaceuticals or OTC business;
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
Good PC literate (Microsoft Windows software).
