- Derularea proceselor de recrutare si de selectie a candidatilor;
- Validarea candidatilor in procesul de selectie si orientarea acestora catre clientii firmei;
- Urmarirea permamenta a pietei locurilor de munca;
- Actualizarea continua a bazei de date;
- Identificarea surselor de atragere a noi candidaturi;
- Implicarea in mai multe proiecte de recrutare simultan, cu un grad de complexitate diferit;
- Monitorizarea aplicatiilor primite si introducerea in baza de date a CV-urilor;
- Se informeaza constant despre nivelul de satisfactie al clientului si al colaboratorilor in timpul si la sfarsitul misiunii.

Daca:
- esti absolvent/a de studii superioare;
- ai experienta minim 2 ani in recrutare;
- experienta minim 1 an in domeniul vanzarilor si intretinerea relatiilor cu clientii;
- ai disponibilitate pentru lucru cu dead-line-uri stricte;
- ai abilitati de comunicare si de relationare, orientare catre client;
- esti o persoana organizata, ordonata, atenta la detalii, orientata catre rezultate, avand un bun management al timpului;
- esti dinamic, flexibil, cu atitudine constructiva;
- cunosti o limba de circulatie internationala (engleza – avansat);
- ai cunostinte avansate de utilizarePC (Excel, Word, Internet).
