RESPONSABILITATI

1 Marketing Support
- Receive requests for Marketing Support from assigned country, and ensure that there are clear requirement specifications to minimize rework.
- Collect all possible information with potential MVC (Most Valuable Customers) from magazines and publications; documents review and new MVC creation/updating.
- New MVC list dispatching for profiling to Teleweb
- Reporting on MVC Accounts and Opportunities
- Documentation on Enterprises, Commercial: updating and creating new accounts as a result of reading newspapers and magazines and internet search
- Documentation CEO /CIO: updating and creating new accounts as a result of reading newspapers, magazines and internet search
- Provide feedback to the customer and make sure the customer is aware that the request has been assigned.
- Perform the required quality tests to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data provided to the countries using the appropriate tools (SAMI, BO)
- Resolve the requests within the SLA as per agreement with the CRM and Marketing contacts
- Follow up with the customer to ensure that the data provided meets customer demands and review the file together with the customer to ensure that the customer is aware of the information contained in the database.
- Use all technical knowledge in order to offer additional solutions if required to enhance customer satisfaction
- Keep track of all the changes made in the database and make sure they correspond with the customer’s requests
- Work closely with all the teams in the CRM Department to ensure the best quality of data provided to the countries
- Keep track of activities performed for the countries by updating the designated tools (Task Measurement file, BAT, Country Task Measurement File)
- Training for local and country users.

Tasks / Assignments

1 Contact list pulling
- Receive requests for Marketing Reports and Contact Lists Pulling from various IB Data Sources such as Flash Pro, HPS SAP, OSRM, Won Opportunities, Sales Orders, WW Pack, WFM, and ensure that there are clear requirement specifications to minimize rework.
- Provide feedback to the customer and make sure the customer is aware that the request has been assigned.
- Make the customer aware of the existence of 1000 Euro fee, for each completed request.
- Create or adapt extraction templates for all managed data sources and find the most relevant fields according to the customer requirements
- Perform the required quality tests to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data provided to the countries using the appropriate tools (Access, Fuzzy, MyPIM)
- Resolve the requests within the SLA as per agreement with the customer
- Follow up with the customer to ensure that the data provided meets customer demands and review the file together with the customer to ensure that the customer is aware of the information contained in the report.
- Use all technical knowledge in order to offer additional solutions if required to enhance customer satisfaction
- Keep track of all the changes made in the database used for pulling the lists required for running the Marketing Campaigns and investigate new data sources and perform Data Quality checks for all the data sources
- Work closely with all the teams in the CRM Department to ensure the best quality of data provided to the countries
- Keep track of activities performed for the countries by updating the designated tools (Task Measurement file, Progress Road Map)
- Develop and test of new templates. Training for local users.
