Job1: Marketing Operations: Response Import
MISSION:
Maintain and improve the quality of the data in Siebel 7.5 and offer first class service to our internal customers from CRM departments in EMEA countries.
OBJECTIVES:
- Acquire advanced job skills (good knowledge of processes and tools) in order to be able to complete routine and moderately complex assignments/tasks (advanced knowledge of Siebel and Business Objects and other country specific processes)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
(Key Result Areas)
Tasks / Assignments
1. Marketing Support
- Receive requests for Marketing Support from assigned country, and ensure that there are clear requirement specifications to minimize rework.
- Collect all possible information with potential MVC (Most Valuable Customers) from magazines and publications; documents review and new MVC creation/updating.
2. Marketing Operations
- Receive requests for response import and load the responses in the database
- Download feedback forms as a result of a Marketing Campaign from country Share Point and load them into the database
- Assign and create leads in the database according to lead assignment rules
- Use the appropriate tools to check the requests accuracy (SAMI, BO, Siebel)
3. Data Quality for Marketing
- Create contacts or accounts manually.
- Create contacts or accounts automatically by opening an OVSD ticket to IT Support. Be responsible for follow up with IT Support on ticket status

Process improvements
- Incorporate the personal experience and knowledge to improve the general Marketing Operations processes used in day-to-day activities
Training and communication
- Attend all required trainings and provide feedback, information and recommendations in support of training improvements

Other responsibilities
- Ensure proper backup and handover during vacation and other absence
- Participate in the department’s activities related to policies and procedures
- Apply Control & Quality policies to ensure HP policies and audit requirements are met

Job2: Install Base Service
MISSION:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks / Assignments
1. Contact list pulling
- Receive requests for Marketing Reports and Contact Lists Pulling from various IB Data Sources such as Flash Pro, HPS SAP, OSRM, Won Opportunities, Sales Orders, WW Pack, WFM, and ensure that there are clear requirement specifications to minimize rework.
2. Data submission
- Extract contact lists from Siebel Data Base using Business Objects
- Maintain BO templates used for extracting the contact lists
3. Response Files
- Download files from DI FTP on a weekly basis
- Use existing Access Data Base and process the files
4. Other tasks as requested by country CRM teams, with timelines/deadlines as agreed with them or tasks other assigned by Manager.

- Actively search for new solutions to improve the day-to-day activity
