Job1:Corporate Accounts & International Accounts Administrator - German

Responsabilities:
The Corporate Account & International Accounts Administrator works within a European, multicultural and fast moving business environment, supporting the Technical Solution Group’s (TSG) Sales Force and their corporate and international Customers. He/she is located in a central CA&IA back office centre. The CA&IA Administrator has a wide variety of responsibilities, including the following:

1. Order Tracking & Recognition
-Check order recognition vs won deals
-Revenue recognition and Indirect order tracking
-Order flow tracking / escalation of delivery issue and customer complains
-Logistics and delivery issues escalation and tracking

2. Siebel monitoring, pipeline and forecast consolidation
-Pipeline and forecast consolidation, chasing SRs
-Checking accuracy of Siebel data, coaching of SRs
-Facilitate funnel forecast reviews: consolidate forecast and funnel account

3. Customer website and knowledge management
-Account SharePoint with all customer presentations, proposals, agreements that are under discussion with the account. Manage customer KM base
-Monthly customer newsletters / Technical update
-Support to SharePoint, Account web site

4. Business Control & Quality
-Ensure HP policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained
-Monitor and act on defined business control reports to ensure correct data integrity

Job2:Commercial Sales Support Specialistr
Responsabilities:
-Co-ordinate existing sales admin processes on behalf of the SR
-Liaison with order management to “chase” delivery for product delivery for partners or on limited occasions for direct shipment
-Delivery notification: send notification to sales and customer once the goods are leaving the factory or the date is final
-Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
-Manage non-sales operations activities in SmartQuote: update linkage with Eclipse and/or Siebel. Work closely with AM and Bucharest country SmartQuote team and ensure turn-around SLA / response deadline is met
