Your Profile:
Minimum one years office work experience
Fluent English knowledge plus German mandatory

Job2: CRM Data Quality
You profile:
Minimum one year office work experience;
Advanced level of English and one other Eastern-European language Russian, Czech, Slovakian, Polish or other), also Hebrew, Turkish or Greek.

PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) tools knowledge;
Prior Siebel/CRM experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided;
Ability to work as part of a remote/virtual team;
Excellent communication/presentation skills;
Strong motivation, good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy;
(Internal) Customer service mentality.

Job1:Central Business Support Team: English and German

Acquire advanced job skills (good knowledge of processes and tools) in order to be able to complete routine and moderately complex assignments/tasks (advanced knowledge of Siebel and Business Objects and other country specific processes)
Acquire good understanding of general aspects of the job and become familiar with company policies and procedures (basic knowledge of business, and products in Sales Operations)
Continuously provide high quality support to EMEA end users

Job 2: CRM Data Quality
Reponsabilities
Hewlett Packard’s Customer Relationship Management is the solution built on Siebel for Marketing, Sales, and Call Centre processes in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
CRM Operations staff work for one or more European HP CRM teams, and are responsible for data quality and maintaining/updating the customer/sales hierarchy, servicing the local Sales, Marketing, Sales Compensation and Call Center teams.

Manual validation of duplicate/matching records;
New Account record creation;
Contact re-qualification;
Mail returns processing;
Account hierarchy investigation and processing;
Sales Team maintenance.
