BELLMAN / DOORMAN
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner;
- Show guess to the room presenting hotel facilities;
- Assist with the luggage during check-in and check-out, store and retrieve luggage, deliver message and luggage to groups;
- Operate all guest vehicles (Clear driving license for minimum 1 year is necessary).
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
- Welcome guests, assign rooms, check preferences and history, prepare groups;
- Financial responsibilities;
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
HOUSEKEEPING PERSONNEL
- Public Area Attendant (Ingrijitor Spatii Hoteliere)
- Room Attendant (Camerista)
