WAITER / WAITRESS
- Take food or beverage orders from guests;
- Serve food or beverages according to guests’ orders;
- Offer information regarding all dishes and beverages served within the restaurant / bar;
- Assure an enjoyable stay for all guests by providing a quality service.
BARTENDER
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from guests;
- Prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes;
- Serve drinks, snacks or food items to customers;
- Clean glasses and bar equipment.
COMMIS (COOK)
- Prepare and garnish food orders as they are received;
- Prepare sauces, soups and hot entrees;
- Follow the advice of the Chef de Partie to ensure portions and appearance of the food;
- Ensure that food from own station is delivered on time.
