RESPONSABILITATI

Equipment Management & Remarketing Administrator
Set up and manage EMR products (Equipment Management & Remarketing) in the company’s internal systems;
Perform administrative EMR discount approval tasks for the EMEA region.
Contribute in improving the set up work flow

IT Transformation
Information management
consolidate and drive top accessories & services communications with various organizations on a regular basis
work with the product & portfolio managers to consolidate, follow-up and prioritize
take an active role & initiative in enhancing and developing the process

Business intelligence and monitoring/reporting
manage monthly attach rate measurements by country/category
maintain and communicate country scorecards
generate business/shipment/attach rate reports on demand (aligned with workload and prioritization)

General communication & coordination
maintain and follow-up action tracker
support the structuring and communication of key processes and initiatives for the EMEA Attach team as appropriate
actively support regular meetings and calls from an organizational perspective


CERINTE

Work experience in a multi-national company
University degree in Economics and / or IT
IT skills (MS tools like Excel, Outlook, Access or other database knowledge)
Fluent in English,
French and German at a conversational level are a plus
Positive attitude
Self-motivated
Able to work in a virtual team
Team player
