• Replicate real business scenarios from various client roles perspectives to verify software correctness
• Design and execute new test scenarios
• Use software tools to develop and maintain automated test cases
• Track defects and validate solutions for defects
• Propose suggestions for additions and improvements to the software
• Communicate status, findings and progress on a regular basis
• Research market requirements and understand how the product is actually used in the market place
• Technical Background;
• Experience in software testing; financial software testing is a plus
• Expertise with Automated and Performance testing tools (QTP, QC, Load Runner, etc)
• Experience in at least one scripting language (Perl, Unix, etc)
• Interest in software technology and financial market
• Very good written and verbal English skills
• It is essential to be analytical, technical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and well organized
