- Analysis, design, and development of applications using Java technologies
- Participate to the development effort during the full life cycle of the software product
- Use state of art software development methodologies (Agile, Unified Process, Design Patterns, Unit Testing)
EXPERIENCE
- University degree in Computers Science, Mathematics, Business IT, or related discipline
- Good experience of JAVA programming: Java, JUnit
- XML, HTML, SOAP, CSS
- Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, stored procedures, good understanding of database design
ASSETS (not required, but highly valued and appreciated)
- Agile development methodologies and good understanding of UML are considered a plus
- J2EE experience and understanding of Multithreading is a plus
- Experience with JBoss, JSP, portlets, Spring, and Design Patterns are considered a real asset
PERSONALITY
- Good analytical & conceptual skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- A motivated person ready to take on challenges
- English language at advanced level
