Java EE Developer (Junior)
Experience/Education
¿¿¿ Candidates should have at least 6 months of application development experience, as well as at least a bachelor¿¿¿s degree in an appropriately related field.
¿¿¿ Outstanding developers with less than the aforementioned experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred Technical Skills
¿¿¿ Strong understanding of Java and J2EE
¿¿¿ Strong OO concepts, Large project experience preferred.
¿¿¿ Knowledge of J2EE application servers, specifically JBoss AS
Knowledge of open source projects: Hibernate, Struts, Spring, Velocity, Maven, Seam, Drools, etc
¿¿¿ Working knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
General understanding of XML (SAX, DOM, STAX) and Web Services (SOAP, WSDL)
Non-technical Skills
¿¿¿ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
¿¿¿ Must be able to work independently.
