RESPONSABILITATI

Integrate with the CISCO Unified Contact Center Enterprise edition for inbound and outbound (CTI integration);
Display Client Registered Data from internal systems;
Register client and prospect identification data (e.g. First name, Last name, contact details, addresses, CNP/CUI);
Clients identification functionality against Client data repository;
Quick access to various operational front-ends;
Create reports based on any registered data;
Import external files (e.g CSV, XLS, TXT) and create automatically in batch interactions for the uploaded clients/ prospects;
Access to application for agents/ users using integration with LDAP (Active Directory) according with BCR security policies;
Support Multi – language (Romanian,English);
Support search functionality for different types of data (e.g. interaction ID, CIC, email address, client and prospect name and surname, interaction type and channel etc);
Provide audit trail and versioning history (author user, author type, date and time, modification description) for all interactions;
Attach files to a specific interaction;
Support different user profiles based on business definitions;
Support auto archiving functionality;
Alert and Notification functionality.


CERINTE

Mandatory skills:



Relevant experience in JAVA development, J2EE and XML technologies;
Strong knowledge and experience with following:
Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JSF (Trinidad), JMS, METRO (JAX-WS/WSIT)
Specific development tools (JDeveloper, Eclipse, ant, svn);
Software development methodologies (object oriented, model-view-controller, ORM);
Software managment on operating systems Linux si Windows, Weblogic servers configuration;
Jasper Reports.
Experienced with data modelling;
Experienced with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL;
Experienced with optimization processes;
Experienced with integration projects.

Advanced level of English, both in writing and speaking.
