Full lifecycle application development
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates
Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
Perform designing and coding to written technical specifications
Investigate, analyze, debug and document reported defects
Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
Create, document, and implement unit tests
Perform related duties as assigned
Excellent working knowledge of J2EE, proven enterprise experience with J2EE applications
Very good knowledge of EJB, Struts, Spring
Very good experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, XML)
Very good knowledge of a persistence layer (any of Hibernate or iBatis or JPA)
Very good working knowledge of SQL and preferably PL/SQL
Working knowledge of JUnit
Good English language skills
Would be considered a plus:
Knowledge of JFace or JSF
Build: Ant or Maven
At least 3 years of working experience in Java development
