We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Java Developer for the Linux Services team
in our Bucharest-based development team.
What would you do?
You will. . .
. . . design, code and test components for a variety of networked based application ;
. . . contribute to the full software development life cycle;
. . . work with highly concurrent applications in distributed environments;
. . . maintain and tune applications in order to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications;
. . . have the opportunity to learn new technologies and enhance your technical skills.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team
. . . minimum 2 years of professional experience with JAVA, at least 1 year experience with JDK 1.5 or above;
. . . solid Object Orientated Programming experience;
. . . excellent algorithm and problem solving skills and detail orientation;
. . . knowledge of EJB (preferably 3.0), JPA, HTTP Servlets, JMS, JDBC, SQL;
. . . experience with design and/or implementation of high performances systems under heavy load using JAVA technologies;
. . . knowledge of GoF design patterns;
. . . knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl or Bash;
. . . experience with automated testing frameworks like JUnit;
. . . experience with build tools like Maven/ Ant;
. . . good written and verbal English skills;
. . . good interpersonal skills.
Would be a plus. . .
. . . experience in using Linux as development platform;
. . . knowledge of German language.
