. . . 6 to 8 years of experience in software development
. . . Software design & architecture
. . . Programming Languages: Java (mandatory), Javascript (optional)
. . . Web Development: JSP, Servlets, HTML
. . . Web Frameworks: Spring, Seams, Struts 2, Rich Faces / JSF
. . . Interfacing Technologies: SOAP, REST
. . . Hands on experience with Source Control, Release Management and related tools (SVN, Maven, ANT)
. . . J2EE (EJB 3.0, JTA, JPA, WebServices, JMS, JBI)
. . . Performance Tuning & Optimization
. . . JBoss, Tomcat
. . . Databases: MySQL, Oracle
. . . Hibernate / JPA
. . . Very Good English speaking and writing skills
. . . Effective presentation skills
. . . Must be a very effective team player
. . . Focused on getting the job done.
