- Good Java Core knowledge
- Good knowledge of Eclipse RCP, Gantt charts
- Good knowledge of Swing
- Good knowledge of J2EE APIs
- Good knowledge of Internet protocols and services
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, JBoss is a plus
- Experience with Tomcat, Struts 2 is a plus
- Experience with Web Services is a plus
- Experience with Spring Integration is a plus
- Experience with profiling tools, e.g.Jprofiler
- Team playe with good communication skills
- Strong wish to learn and grow professionally
