-You will be responsible for designing and developing software applications.
- You will participate in all product development from the initial product definition through architecture, design, code, unit testing phases to install integration.
- You will work with software developers and project managers to fully understand various features of your software modules and come up with architecture and design specifications.
- Responsibilities will include providing work estimates, participating in the design effort, developing code modules, participating in code reviews and unit and integration testing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Java APIs like Swing, Collections, IO, NIO, JDBC;
- XML-enabled application development. Use of XML related technologies like XPATH, XSLT, and XQuery;
- Object-oriented design and Design patterns;
- Knowledge of management and communication protocols.
Knowledge in the following domains is a bonus:
- C/C++ language skills
- J2EE technologies for building distributed client-server systems
- HTML, Web development using technologies like Servlets, JSP, and Struts
- Participated in product development during all stages, from initial concept, design, development, delivery and support
