EDI-Soft was founded in 1997. We are a software company which design,
develop and deploy standard solutions for transport administration for
customers all over Scandinavia. Our headquarter is in Oslo with sales
offices in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. We also have our own
development site in Bucharest. Due to our success and expansive plans we now
seek more high skilled employees.
Our office in Bucharest is located in nice surroundings in Piata Victoriei,
close to the metro station.
You will be working closely with international team members both in
Bucharest and Oslo.
We are looking for one windows developer to strengthen our team.
The company develops and hosts powerful web solutions for a growing number
of customers.
ScanApp already serves hundreds of customers. The application provides
solutions for handling shipments like scanning barcodes, GPS tracking, event
handling etc.
The demand for our mobile application and new functionality is enormous so
we look for a person that wants to grow with us, and be a great contributor
to the development of our mobile solutions.
Candidate profile
. Fluent in English
. Interested in keeping up to date with newest technologies and
trends in mobile application development
. Strong analytical skills, good organization skills and attention
to details
. Desire and ability to quickly learn new programming languages,
frameworks and SDK's
. Enjoy challenges
The new candidate will work with Portal team formed of 10 members.
Responsibilities
. Take part in the development process of new mobile applications
making appropriate use of software design patterns and best practices
. Write, debug and test new mobile applications
. Maintain existing mobile applications
. Keep up to date with mobile SDK updates
. Contribute to technical specs and other internal documentation as
needed
. Coordinate with Technical Lead to ensure milestones are hit and
company's expectations are met
Technical skills
. 1+ years' experience with mobile applications (Windows Phone /
Android / iOS)
. Experience with client-server application architectures
. Experience with core areas of mobile applications such as memory
management and asynchronous programming
. Good knowledge in writing / consuming SOAP and REST based web
services
. Have worked with one or more of these:
o Java (Android)
o Objective-C (iOS)
o C# (windows mobile)
. HTML5, CSS3, Javascript skills is a plus
. Experience with TDD is an advantage
The recruitment process consist of:

2. Psychological test on the pc= 60 MIN

5. Skype Interview = 45 min
