RESPONSABILITATI

Implementation of the following processes: Asset, Configuration, Change, Release, Service Level, Quality, Incident, and Problem Management.
develop and implement processes and procedures for the various ITIL management areas
Coordinate implementation or modification of IT service management tools
Promote improvement suggestions based on ITIL v3 framework
Develop reports to management
Coordinate IT Helpdesk activities at all levels (L1,L2,L3) according to the newly defined operating procedures


CERINTE

ITIL v3 Foundations in IT Service Management Certified
Experience in implementing ITIL standard
Sound knowledge of IT infrastructure
Security concepts and processes
Working experience with reporting tools, performance metrics
English advanced
Communications skills,Out-of-box thinking, Negotiation skills; Leadership skills; Personal effectiveness; Team working skills;
